Water Pump
To add a water pump to a stationary plant, you will need 60 GPM at 75 PSI – $1,500
Remote Batch Controls
Must have electronic water meter for this option.
Place remote batch controls and ticket printer up to 75 feet from the plant – $2,800 (plus cost of electronic water meter)
Power Inverter
If the plant is diesel powered, you will need 120 V AC to power batch controls and printer.
If not available, this can be achieved with a 1,000-watt heavy-duty power inverter that converts 12 V DC to 120 V AC – $1,150
Steel Plates
(18″ x 18″ x ½″) – $1,800
A last-resort option if a concrete pad is not available to set the plant on.
Note: It is not recommended to set the plant and silo without a concrete pad; the ground may shift and damage the load cells. American Mixers & Plants is not liable for load cell damage from setting the plant on the ground.
Reverse Air Load-Out Dust System
Required in CA, TX, and other regions as regulations expand.
