We have completely refurbished 40-, 60-, and 75-ton cement and fly ash silos with 4″ fill tube, side access door, and aeration ports. Silos have four 25K load cells or four 50K load cells operated from the batch plant controls, and portable silos are available.
8″ × 27′ heavy-duty cement or fly ash output auger hydraulically driven from the plant’s hydraulic system. Variable speed, mounted at a 35% angle, with 15′ output height and a rubber boot to drop cement directly into a mixer truck.
Simple ground-level dust house with a Royal Premium cartridge filter rated at 3,600 SCFM and center air jets for cleaning. To blow the filter out, you must clean the bag house after every two silo fillings.
The BL-35 Bag Loading Auger allows you to load a 40-ton low-profile cement silo at locations where pneumatic power cement is not available, using 94 lb bags or Super Sacks.
